1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CaseSights, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Account Registration
To use CaseSights, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
3. Subscription Plans and Payments
CaseSights offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of initial purchase.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use CaseSights solely for personal preparation purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or share your account access with others. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract content from the platform. Automated access or bot usage is prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on CaseSights, including cases, drills, course materials, scoring algorithms, and design elements, is the intellectual property of CaseSights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without explicit written permission.
6. AI-Generated Content
CaseSights uses artificial intelligence to generate feedback, scores, and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided for educational purposes only and should not be considered professional consulting advice. Results may vary and are not guaranteed.
7. Limitation of Liability
CaseSights is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that use of the platform will result in job offers or interview success. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaseSights shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of CaseSights shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
