Why CaseSights exists
After years of conducting and coaching MBB interviews, I kept seeing the same pattern: candidates who were smart enough to do the job, failing to show it in the room. Not because they lacked ability, but because the feedback they were getting was too vague to act on.
Every prep resource said the same thing: “practise more.” But nobody was telling candidates exactly which dimension of their performance was costing them offers — or what to do about it.
